B2B Sales Manager (m/f/d)

What we're looking for

This position is for an experienced B2B Sales Manager in the UK and the EU, who has experience selling to B2B customers, distribution, educational institutions, and B2B marketplaces. This role will be responsible for all B2B sales in the EU region.

This unique opportunity makes you one of the first team members of Monoprice GmbH in Berlin, Germany.

Goals & Objectives

  • Sales Goals – Beating your monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals is job #1.
  • Customer Subject Matter Expert – Ability to identify, understand and effectively communicate the customer’s needs. Educate the company, and be the voice of the customer.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Educational Institutions, Distributors, Enterprises, and Retailers:
    • Acquisition – Identify, qualify and acquire new value-added customers in the UK and EU regions.
    • Account Management – Ability to manage early-stage customer relationships but your focus on acquisition.
  • Sourced and Agency Representation
    • Acquisition – Identify and work with commissioned individuals and agencies that can assist you in building a solid relationship with retailers and distribution partners.

Your qualifications

  • University degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a sales position
  • Deep understanding of the EU educational environment
  • Consultive Sales Approach
  • History of achieving and beating sales goals
  • Shown ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong awareness of intercultural differences
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of German or other languages is an advantage
